How do I know which service is right for my organization?
The best place to start is an initial call. We'll ask about your organization's size, current technology use, and what you're trying to change or improve. From there, we can suggest the engagement that fits best — and be honest if none of them are the right fit right now.
Do we need to have existing AI infrastructure to work with you?
Not at all. Many clients come to us at the beginning of their AI journey — sometimes with little more than a question and a desire to understand where to start. Our assessments are designed to work from your current state, not assume a starting point.
How are the engagements delivered — remotely or on-site?
We use a blended approach. Assessment phases typically involve structured remote sessions, while training delivery and the transformation partnership include regular on-site sessions in Bangkok. We're flexible on scheduling and can accommodate organizations outside the city with advance planning.
What languages are your services delivered in?
We deliver in both English and Thai. Documentation is typically provided in English, with Thai summaries and training materials available on request. For corporate training programs, the delivery language is agreed upon during scoping.
What happens at the end of an engagement?
Every engagement closes with a formal handover — documentation, trained personnel, and a clear next-steps plan. For the transformation partnership, this includes a final board presentation and a 90-day post-engagement support window for follow-up questions.
Is the pricing fixed or does it vary based on scope?
The prices listed represent standard engagement packages. Larger organizations or engagements with significantly expanded scope may be quoted differently. We'll always be transparent about pricing before any work begins — there are no surprise adjustments mid-engagement.
